Bill A. Jones is a well-known Actor, Singer, and Voiceover artist, best known as an actor, from his six seasons as 'Rod Remington' on the hit TV show Glee. Other appearances include Comedy Central’s Workaholics, The King Of Queens, Las Vegas, General Hospital, and many other shows. With several national commercial credits, Bill is still remembered fondly as the “Don’t Count That” golfer in a memorable spot for FedEx, and recently was seen as a Gameshow Host for Experian Boost.
If you haven’t seen Bill, you’ve probably heard him... Bill was an award-winning radio personality for many years, heard over 200+ stations nationwide on Westwood 1's Adult Standards, playing ‘Sinatra-Style’ music; as well as working as the evening host in the LA market on KLIT-FM.
As a voiceover artist, Jones has narrated multiple audiobooks, lent his voice to projects for The Disney Channel, Warner Brothers, and Fox Movie Channel; and has been the ‘voice’ of The Razzie Awards for the past 25 years. He has voiced English language versions of characters in several shows produced abroad, for Netflix.
Bill is also an in-demand singer, performing the great Standards associated with Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, Michael Bublé and others in his own distinctive fashion. Named one of LA’s Best Concert/Cabaret Artists in BroadwayWorld.com, Bill has opened for Tony Bennett & Steve Tyrell, toured with The Glenn Miller Orchestra, and released two CDs. Just prior to pandemic Bill sold out Michael Feinstein’s LA nightclub with his 6-piece group The A Players, and his solo show “The Great Gentlemen of Song” made its New York debut at the Triad Theatre in March 2019.
A native of Nashville Tennessee, Bill and his family make their home in Los Angeles.
