In this episode Julie Hartell shares her story of

motherhood and entrepreneurship.

After the birth of her second child, Julie struggled to understand why she just couldn’t focus and couldn’t concentrate, why she didn’t get on with her husband or her children, and why she thought returning to work would solve her problems.

Julie Hartell is passionate about working with and supporting return-to-work mums with a range of coaching and mentoring programmes which address their practical and emotional challenges so they hit the ground running and confidently re-integrate back into their workplace, feel valued, happy and empowered.

Now the founder of The Mum Almighty, Julie struggled mentally and emotionally after the birth of her second daughter and with returning to her own corporate career due to a lack of individual support, nurturing and understanding.

She knows first hand the importance of helping return-to-work mums and career-break women reclaim their identity, build confidence and recognise their value and influence.
